Several times a year we host two, three, and five-day retreats that include Myofascial Release treatments and True Body Alignment™ classes.
Two-Day Retreat
Saturday and Sunday
Each day you receive a True Body Alignment ™ class and two myofascial release treatments. On Saturday evening from 7-9 you are treated to a self-myofascial release workshop using the Yoga Tune-Up™ therapy balls. $1000
Three-Day Retreat
Friday through Sunday
2 myofascial release treatments a day, a True Body Alignment™ class each morning and a a self-myofascial release workshop using the Yoga Tune-Up™ therapy balls on Saturday evening from 7-9. $1800
Five-Day Retreat
Friday through Tuesday
- 8 myofascial release treatments
- 1 Tandem myofascial release treatment (two therapists)
- 1 Unwinding session (4 therapists)
