Problem: Leg pain, hip pain/replacement, pelvic floor disorder, uterine prolapse, incontinence, swollen lymph nodes, knee pain/replacement, foot pain/injury, plantar fasciitis, balance problem.
Exercise: Squat.
In cultures where squatting is common, they are not seeing the kind of epidemic levels of hip replacement, knee replacement, and pelvic floor disorder as in cultures where sitting occurs eight hours a day or longer.
